Join a leading NYC–NJ general contractor specializing in high‑quality commercial fit‑outs across healthcare, corporate, aviation, and industrial sectors. You’ll travel between job sites in the late stages of completion—managing close‑out, punch‑lists, finishes, and final inspections.

• Coordinate with PMs, site supers, and subs for a polished turnover
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Ensure finish quality for carpentry, millwork, and overall fit and finish
• Oversee punch‑lists and final handovers across multiple sites

Requirements

🔧 Must-have: Carpentry background

• Ability to interpret drawings, fix issues, and work from punch‑lists
• Minimum 5 years in commercial interior construction
• Excellent communication and coordination on site
• Strong carpentry skills—quality standards come naturally
• Flexible and happy to travel between NYC and New Jersey
