Coordonner l'accès aux appartements pour le personnel de Minto, au besoin et en soutien aux coordonnateurs de services.
Coordinate access to suites for Minto staff, When required and in support of the service coordinators
Issue visitor parking passes
Effectuer les tâches d'ouverture et de fermeture du bureau, y compris le verrouillage et le déverrouillage des portes, le maintien de la propreté de la salle d'attente et du bureau.
Accept and acknowledge receipt of payments, and transfer to coordinators

Prepare correspondence and communications, as directed
Enter service requests and incident notifications into property management software
Schedule appointments between residents and administration team
