-Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) -High school diploma or GED (minimum requirement) -Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel -Experience with both Service and Construction HVAC -Experience with both Residential and Commercial HVAC -ESCO Institute Proctor (preferred) -EPA Universal Certification -Strong computer skills -Journeyman’s or Master’s in HVAC (preferred)
