We are hiring a Workplace Coordinator for our Cincinnati office to provide comprehensive facilities management services, high‑quality customer support, and technical assistance to all office users. The role involves following Facilities Management procedures, maintaining office operations, and supporting the Regional Workplace Operations Manager.
The Coordinator works as part of a team to deliver reception services, manage communications, respond to client inquiries, and uphold Workplace Operations procedures in line with corporate policies. They handle day‑to‑day operational issues, maintain supplies and equipment, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities also include managing the office overhead budget, ordering and stocking supplies, troubleshooting AV and workplace equipment, liaising with property management, and supporting virtual Workplace Ops for other regional offices. Additional duties cover catering coordination, conference‑room scheduling, file archiving, and assisting with office moves and vendor coordination.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of facilities management, administrative or customer service experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong Microsoft Office, interpersonal, and basic financial skills. Preferred qualifications include a notary certification, the ability to handle confidential information, and a proactive, detail‑oriented work style with minimal supervision.
