Maintain all paperwork associated with producing the part and maintaining company records
Perform basic maintenance to the machines (clean and maintain, no mechanical repairs - weekly and monthly coolant maintenance)
You will help around the shop with deburring, tapping, etc as needed to keep parts moving
Responsible for in process inspection (utilizing calipers, micrometers)
Observe safety policies and procedures and operate in a safe manner
Responsible for making adjustments to offsets, and program as needed to maintain tolerances

Must be able to accurately use shop math in checking parts
Experience with CNC Okuma a plus
OSHA 10-hour
2+ years experience operating CNC Lathes.
Must be able to work off of blueprints
Working knowledge of Algebra, Geometry and can do metric to imperial conversions
Fluent in GD&T and machining blueprint reading
General knowledge of G-code and M-code
