Lead the technical delivery of multiple structural engineering commissions.
Support business development by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Represent the structural discipline in multidisciplinary settings.
Engage confidently with clients across residential, commercial, industrial and renewable sectors.
Manage commercial performance, including fees and project delivery efficiency.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality across all project outputs.
Produce and review structural designs, reports and technical documentation.
Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident managing client relationships.
Capable of taking full design responsibility for medium and large projects.
Full UK driving licence.
Chartered status desirable, but extensive equivalent experience also welcome.
Familiarity with relevant structural design software such as: Tekla TSD / Tekla Portal Frame, Tedds, Revit Structure, AutoCAD
Around 10+ years’ post-graduate experience in structural engineering.
Strong technical knowledge across major structural materials.
