Oversee reactive and proactive maintenance during tenancies; communicate with landlords and tenants and process contractor invoices for payment.
You will manage, monitor and assess inventories, and post-move-in records, update the CRM database and handle all aspects of TDS disputes and Nil Deposit claims.
You’ll also process move-out reports, deposits, invoices, payments and paperwork.
Overseeing the entire tenancy process, you’ll gather tenant references, negotiate and produce contracts and handle checkout bookings.
Ensuring properties comply with all safety regulations, you’ll organise inspections and arrange any necessary improvement works.

You will hold a completed ARLA or equivalent qualification.
