  • Receive, inspect, and organize materials, appliances, and fixtures for renovation projects
  • Keep things running like clockwork by assigning and distributing materials to the right teams at the right time
  • Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safe—your attention to detail keeps the whole team efficient
  • Stay on top of inventory—track stock levels, place timely orders, and prevent material shortages before they happen
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Pitch in with additional renovation coordination tasks to support the success of the entire team
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and vendors to keep projects moving forward smoothly
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of shipments, verifying against work orders and delivery documentation

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable standing, kneeling, squatting, or climbing for extended periods during the workday
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for occasional local travel
  • Experience or understanding of inventory management and control procedures is a plus
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate multi-building properties, including stairs
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP software for inventory tracking and transactions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
