Assign and review the work of the project design teams.
Prepare engineering studies and schematic designs for new mechanical systems and analyze the operation of existing systems.
Coordinates all aspects of project document completion within IPS, externally with clients, and with other relevant design professionals.
Assess project requirements, break projects into tasks, and work with Project Managers to determine the scope of work while overseeing budget and staffing.
Work with code officials and other design professionals when an interpretation or exception to building codes is required.
