The role manages the full‑cycle accounting process for project pay applications, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and other federal and state regulations. - Perform payroll audits, collect certified payroll data, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Validate timesheets, time cards, and employee classifications, obtaining required approvals.
- Create and customize Excel reports to feed data into project roll‑up workbooks.
- Produce timely and accurate project pay applications.
- Safeguard payroll information in accordance with company policies.
- Work overtime as needed to meet tight deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to Sarbanes‑Oxley, federal, and state accounting regulations.

- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Skilled with accounting software and automated accounts‑payable platforms.
