Document all technical questions and data to be used for future reference by other Technical Support Specialists
Delivery to CNH Product Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing to improve reliability and serviceability of CNH products
Work with Technical Support managers to identify training opportunities for Technical Support Specialists
Maintain positive and constructive relationships with Engineering and Technical Publications employees
Provide solutions consistently with CNH objectives, while also being attentive to the cost of repairs
Coach and train technical support specialists on product changes or technical issues to continuously improve the team's capability and efficiency
Create additional technical troubleshooting documents in the self-help database
Serve as subject matter expert for the technical support team by maintaining a deep product knowledge for assigned products
Answer technical questions from CNH dealers or from CNH Field Service people using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources in a timely and urgent manner
Identify support issues that need field intervention and work with field technical support for review and deployment
Provide regular feedback of current issues that dealerships are experiencing with CNH equipment

Prior experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel as part of your daily business activities.
Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a technical capacity, such as support, training, or engineering, on product line(s) associated with this role.
Minimum two (2) years' experience working mechanically with agriculture equipment, construction equipment and/or heavy trucks
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with troubleshooting fluid power and electrical systems, including digital controls.
Ability to travel up to 10%
In lieu of a bachelor’s degree will accept an associate’s degree and 5+ years of technical experience with agriculture equipment
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Ag Systems Technology, or Engine Technology.
