- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

- Experience with regional water boards, Caltrans, or local municipalities.

- M.S. or Ph.D. in civil or environmental engineering, or related field.
- 15 + years of experience in stormwater management, with a focus on planning and compliance for public sector agencies.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California (required).
