Participate in the estimation of project budgets and costs
Coordinate workload for structural engineering staff

Coordinate with engineers and designers of other disciplines
Perform site visits as required for visual engineering assessments and client engagement
Lead teams of engineers, EIT’s, and designers on complex and challenging projects related to the design of steel and concrete structures in industrial settings for new construction as well as repair, rehabilitation, or modification of existing construction

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural design
PE License in Civil/Structural engineering
Excellent organizational skills to manage working on multiple projects simultaneously
10-15 years of experience in the design of steel and/or concrete structures, project management, and other leadership roles
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team
