

JLL provides professional services in real estate and investment management worldwide.
In this role you will act as the primary technical liaison, keeping the organization informed about operating and utilities costs while reviewing invoices for services rendered. You will also ensure that contractor maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations and the company’s preventive maintenance standards.
You will supervise the upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other building equipment, performing regular inspections, inventory checks, and detailed documentation. Coordination with internal teams, vendors, and electricians will be essential to maintain smooth daily operations.
Leadership responsibilities include guiding electricians, collaborating across all levels of the organization, and serving as the main point of contact for maintenance service providers. You will also compile and deliver daily and weekly summaries of maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, possesses at least three years of experience in building or property technical management, and demonstrates strong knowledge of policies, maintenance practices, and people management. Familiarity with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general property management techniques is an added advantage.
