Building Surveyor

You’ll cover both project and professional surveying across sectors like education, commercial, and industrial. One week you might be running a refurbishment project, the next preparing a dilapidations schedule or investigating building defects. You won’t be pigeonholed, and you’ll always have something new to get stuck into.

• Representing the business at client meetings and networking events.
• Getting involved in complex, multi-disciplinary schemes alongside experts from other disciplines.
• Delivering projects and professional services across a wide client base.

• Contract admin, design/spec writing, surveys, dilapidations and defect analysis.
• Organised, diligent, and personable with strong communication skills.
• A RICS-accredited degree and a genuine drive to become Chartered.
• A full driving licence and confidence using IT/software (AutoCAD, NBS, Word, Excel).
