You will be responsible for designing mechanical systems, troubleshooting design issues, and generating detailed schematics in 3D. The role also involves coordinating detailed design phases, producing general arrangement and piping documentation, and supporting project teams to ensure timely delivery.
The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree in drafting or equivalent experience, with at least six years of hands‑on mechanical design work. Proficiency in CADWorx Plant, PID, and AutoCAD Plant 3D is required, along with the ability to review equipment interfaces and collaborate across engineering disciplines. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, MicroStation skills, and structural design experience.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to split their time between the office and home. As a member of the mechanical design team, you will collaborate with multi‑disciplined engineering and design groups to develop mechanical physical layout drawings using 3‑D modeling tools.
