What you would be doing

Timely and proactive liaison with the Systems Accounting Lead (GL & SCM) and the General Manager Financial Systems to achieve the goals set for each project.
Identify training requirements from the business and define and develop training programs to address these needs.
Co-ordination and administration of procedures including identifying gaps in procedure documentation. Develop and maintain relevant procedures and work instructions in conjunction with the team.
The development and maintenance of training documentation, procedures and templates supporting the effective use of financials systems.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through critically appraising current processes, exploiting synergies across the business and pro-actively identifying opportunities consistent with business objectives.
The provision of timely advice in relation to training initiatives and process improvements.
Ensure that injuries are properly reported, and that any injured employees are provided with both a safe and timely return to work.
Ensure compliance with ARTC’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements, responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities.
Co-ordination of the roll-out of training, including training videos, training packs which are supported by hand-outs, on-line and face-to-face training.
Identify, define and co-ordinate finance systems training needs of new starters.
The effective participation in process improvement forums in relation to special projects and training requirements.
Support the team’s project management through testing, provision of training, scoping requirements or as otherwise defined.
Provide quality assurance services through participation in the development of new and improved business processes and systems focusing on business improvement reviews.
Supporting the business to achieve effective outcomes in regard to the Finance systems efficiencies and enhancements.

Proven knowledge and experience with Technology One product CiAnywhere.
Proven experience in undertaking training of end users in the use of financial systems.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
