The role is Senior Specialist, Design reporting to the Team Lead, based on‑site in Gurugram. It is a full‑time position requiring 8‑10 years of experience in motion graphics and visual design.
The position demands high technical mastery of motion graphics, video editing, and real‑estate visuals, as well as collaboration with cross‑functional teams and the ability to manage several projects concurrently while maintaining brand consistency.
Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and be comfortable using AI video‑creation tools such as Descript or Synthesia. A BS/MS in visual communications or graphic design, 8‑10 years of relevant experience, and a background in a marketing or communications agency are required.
Strong communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. Experience with global clients and adaptability to new tools are preferred.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, self‑management, and resourcefulness to overcome project obstacles.
