- Identify project resource needs and manage allocation to optimize performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, risks, issues, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee risk management processes and ensure effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and management plans aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Enforce QHSE policies and standards across all project activities.
- Prepare, attend, and lead project meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
- Address and resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate all project activities from inception to completion.
- Oversee design reviews, value engineering, and technical submittals.
- Serve as the main interface with the client, government authorities, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Coordinate and ensure integration among all technical disciplines (Civil, Systems, MEP, Signaling, Rolling Stock, etc.).
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality.
- Mentor and develop project staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure all technical aspects meet international and local standards, contractual requirements, and best practices.

- Master’s degree in civil engineering / construction management.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
- Graduate in Civil Engineering / or Equivalent.
