- 25+ years of relevant experience with executive management and advisory services in transportation policy and program development.
- BS and MS in Planning, Engineering or related field is required.
- High understanding of the client’s scope of work, highly capability in delivering the project requirements and risk assessments including reports writing / presenting, and implementing withstanding on schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
