Support Contractor prequalification and annual recertification process.
Provide leadership for pre-construction safety planning meetings (pre-bid/pre-construction).
Perform quarterly audits to ensure contractor tools and safety harnesses satisfy inspection requirements.
Support safety integration and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Remaining in a stationary position for a prolonged period
Serve as liaison to coordinate facility safety and construction project safety interaction.
Prepare and distribute safety trends and KPIs report.
Review the training history of contractor’s crew to ensure it meets training requirements, conduct contractor safety training packages, and ensure field execution matches training requirements.
Participate and support project meetings that require safety information and reporting.
Schedule and facilitate incident review meetings.
Enhance project safety through specialized support and oversight of high-risk activities.
Review and provide feedback regarding project specific safety plans prior to beginning work on the project.
Review and analyze collected data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist contractors to identify measures to comply with safety policies.
Review contractor compliance with written project safety plan when completing project safety observations.
Conduct independent incident review and prepare all required documentation.
