Provide on-site technical assistance and guidance to construction teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety objectives.
Verify and measure completed work, record progress, and assist the Resident Engineer in comparing progress against the project schedule.
Follow up and Supervise Segment coding & Numbering, to ensure the Segment traceability from production stage till final installation at Tunnel.
Work closely with contractor engineers to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for tunnel construction.
Monitor and oversee the TBM aspects of tunnel construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with approved project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Review shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, and correspondence related to tunnel works, and prepare responses for the Resident Engineer's review.

Monitor the precast production cycle, from the start till completion, Mould preparation & Measurement, Casting, initial demolding, final finishing, Compression test, Final Demolding, Turning & Transportation.
Supervise and guide inspectors and surveyors to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
Ensure the correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings and oversee the handover of tunnel works to respective service authorities.
Oversee the implementation of safety procedures specific to tunneling works and ensure adherence to project safety goals.
Inspect proper segment staking on Main & Temporary yards
Define & Categorize Segment defects as per the approved specification.
Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising the construction of tunnels, underground structures, and associated works.
Ensure construction quality and adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements
Collaborate with other engineers and members of the construction supervision team to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
Maintain accurate and detailed daily diaries and reports prepared by inspectors.

Convene and lead meetings with service authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address construction-related issues.
