Tasks

-Performs quantity takeoffs under supervision. -Assist with development of the Build Cost Estimate -Generate and review Bill of Materials -Performs general administrative functions -Compile and process As-Builts post build to assists with development of the Build Cost Actual with a Change Request -Process in-field escalations from Build Team with a Change Request Participates in estimating activities such as preparing budgets, cost studies, and competitive bids

What You Bring

-Strong communication and team collaboration skills -1+ years related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience -Strong computer background including experience with MS Office and any related estimating software -Familiarity with construction documents and the ability to assist with construction document review
