Tasks

-Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. -Manage pulling process for accuracy and timeliness -Ensure warehouse is up to company standards on appearance and functionality -Assist in managing warehouse processes, directing workload, and dispatching drivers -Take an active role in the Hiring/On-Boarding and progressive discipline of associates -Responsible for accurate receiving and shipping of product -Ensure warehouse operations and processes maximize efficiency and sales -Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. -Ensure all merchandise is properly racked and tagged -Team Leadership: Direct and oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff. -Partner with Operations Manager to ensure appropriate levels of inventory are on hand to maximize sales -Monitor safety of warehouse operations and assists with training for new employees and periodic re-training for all those in the warehouse -Assist Operations Manager with inventory and safety audits -Complete required paperwork and provide to the appropriate department -Review discrepancies from inventory and make appropriate corrections

What You Bring

-2+ years Wholesale Experience -2+ years Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience -Must be able to stoop and kneel daily in order to perform warehouse tasks -High School diploma or GED and two years or more related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience -Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts -Lift or move up to 100 lbs. -Must be able to perform manual labor such as loading and unloading product, and handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools -Ability to read and interpret financial reports, documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
