• Direct, in‑person outreach to potential customers in retail and event spaces
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversation
• Schedule free in‑home product demonstrations (no selling required)

Requirements

No prior experience is required, though it is a plus, and we will train the right candidates. We seek self‑motivated, outgoing, well‑spoken individuals who thrive on human interaction, are available afternoons and weekends (10 am–6 pm Wed‑Sun), and have a passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies.

Benefits

We provide a base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, with average first‑year earnings of $50‑70K and top reps exceeding $80K. New hires can receive a sign‑on bonus up to $3,000, and both full‑time and part‑time positions are available.
