The Product Manager, Service and Upgrades will lead the development of cross‑platform parts and kits for the Waukesha service product line. Responsibilities include launching differentiated service products for the existing Waukesha gas engine install base and coordinating commercial releases with sales, distributors, and end users. The role also supports service scope strategy, lifecycle program updates, and pricing activation across platforms.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and have at least four years of relevant experience, including three years in a customer‑facing service role. The position requires up to 25 % travel within North America, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with indirect channel or distribution networks is preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.
