Strong project management skills. A thorough understanding of agreed project outputs, resource management, specific team responsibilities, tracking issues and risks, internal and external communication and escalation.
B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Proven track record of successfully leading MEP projects for mixed-use and hospitality developments
Ability to lead a design and independently manage design consultants. Must have delivered MEP design/ design management for Hospitality led mixed use development, retail, office etc. With at least one full cycle of experience - Concept till site completion.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
