Responsible for onboarding, updating, and verifying all new and current client portfolios.
Collaborate with team to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
As a CBRE Business Services Coordinator, you will provide routine day-to-day business support to multiple lines of business including Property Tax Assessments, Tracking Appeal Deadlines, Invoicing, Contract Administration, Property Tax Forecasting, and Transaction Processing. You'll be responsible for parcel research, accuracy of data, tracking the status of filed appeals, ensuring client portfolio completeness, and assisting with client requests and communications.
Ensure that appeals are filed upon direction from the jurisdictional handlers and then track the status of said appeals throughout their life cycle.
Coordinate the timely entry, procuring and processing of all property tax assessments and related appeal deadlines.
Review and understand customer agreements for client specific needs.
Process invoices for billable events.
Assist with the creation of new client contracts.
Respond in a timely manner to customer requests and maintain good client relationships.
Assist in maintaining accurate data in the system of record.

Knowledge of Financial software systems ideal.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
