Electrical Assemblers apply their electrical expertise to install components, cables, and wiring within electrical compartments. Guided by blueprints, schematics, and engineering change notices, they handle wiring, cabling, assembly, installation, and repairs as needed, ensuring the electrical system functions correctly.
- Install large components and sub‑assemblies in electrical compartments.
- Route and terminate wires and cables to the correct components.
- Verify gauge calibration and apply torque values per engineering specifications.
- Follow process documentation, quality gate requirements, and resolve non‑conformance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper connections.
- Install wire harnesses and complete terminations on panel assemblies.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.

Physical requirements include occasional lifting of parts up to 35 lb, the ability to bend, reach, squat, and stand or sit for extended periods, and wearing required personal protective equipment in environments with changing temperatures. - Perform electrical assembly in a single work area; high school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience; 2 years equipment assembly preferred.
- Experience with conduit bending, rigging, and crane operations (certifications a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lb, bend, reach, squat and stand or sit for extended periods.
- Wear required personal protective equipment and work in varying temperature conditions.
Benefits
The position follows a 1st‑shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 6:30 am–5:00 pm) and may require paid overtime, including weekends or holidays, based on business needs. Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available for this role.
