  • Strategize, help implement, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate, and personalization experiments on web pages.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) to identify opportunities, track experiment results, analyze and generate actionable insights.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and teams within Demand Generation.
  • Develop data-driven hypotheses based on user behavior, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Take ownership of the technical setup of experiments in our A/B testing platform, including using the visual editor, writing custom code for variations, and configuring precise audience targeting.

  • Working knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/jQuery) for implementing changes and customizations directly within the testing platform.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience running and analyzing tests on web pages, email campaigns, or paid media.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or CRO-related role.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).
  • Direct experience with Optimizely Web.
  • Experience working with Chat platforms like Drift or Qualified
  • Demonstrated ability to configure and QA experiments in tools like Optimizely, including setting up goals and audience targeting.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with behavioural analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, FullStory).
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
  • A proactive and curious approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
