Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.
Learns product engineering standards to maintain and improve quality and comply with industry and listing agency requirements
Maintains job files with appropriate items such as drawings, parts lists, quotations, purchase orders, technical literature, and correspondence.
Uses a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD, Creo, Trane selection programs, Trane modeling programs, and specialty vendor programs to create spreadsheets, unit performance tables, dimensioned construction drawings, schematics, B.O.M.s, and IOM manuals.
Creates and/or assists in the creation of job specific literature such as labels, test logs, and operation manuals.
Participates in engineering reviews and engineering risk management discussions.
Assists in creation of schematics, design layout and programming.
Research component data and component sourcing.
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating product problems and implementing corrective action.
Supports sales, engineering, technical support and production staff when assistance is needed.
Receives guidance and direction from Project Engineers, Project Managers and Engineering leaders.

Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as: school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects)
Ability to effectively learn engineering principles and practices to produce high quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Capable of answering basic questions on engineering design, programming and schematics
