Identify Project requirements, including materials, equipment, labor, and other resources necessary for project cost.
Carefully review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents provided by the client and consultants.
Use appropriate measurement methods to accurately assess quantities.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
5-10 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying, out of that a minimum of 2 years of technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
Familiarity with cost estimation software(e.g., CostX) is an added advantage
Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarize oneself with applicable international codes and standards (Ex- NRM, POMI,Smm7)
Excellent communication skills.
Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
