Accounts Payable Assistant 12-Month FTC

Description

The role offers variety, collaboration and the chance to work across multiple European entities, currencies and VAT regimes. You will process invoices, manage accounts‑payable mailboxes and resolve supplier queries while working closely with colleagues across Europe.

• Process high volumes of invoices for several European entities
• Manage AP mailboxes and resolve supplier queries
• Gather data and approvals by working closely with European colleagues
• Handle internal and external queries via email and phone
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve vendor issues
• Follow company policies and support Shared Service Centre activities

Requirements

Based at the European Shared Service Centre in Harlow, the role requires on‑site presence at least four days a week to foster collaboration and team synergy. This location offers direct interaction with multiple departments and a dynamic working environment.

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable
• Proactive, organised, and customer‑focused mindset
