- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Highly detail oriented, organized and reliable
- Electrical experience and troubleshooting with 12VDC systems, PLC, and PCB’s is a plus.
- Experience with on/off road or DOT applications
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar), with willingness to adapt to new design platforms.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and manufacturing
- Must have excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills.
