The position is for a Filter Tech in the Baton Rouge region, with travel that may require overnight stays six weeks every three months (Monday night through Thursday night). As a Filter Tech, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance, primarily on rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible mindset, and a willingness to learn, grow, and go the distance. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and live within 40 miles of the designated region. The role requires comfort working at heights up to 40 feet, weighing less than 275 pounds for ladder safety, and being able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, 50+ hours per week, and lift up to 75 pounds.
