Tasks
-Non-Competitive Management – Our management team is there to train, coach, and support our Agents in growing their businesses; they are no longer brokering deals themselves. Our management team ensures we have the best-prepared, most knowledgeable Agents in the market. -Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors -Research ownership records, market data and industry trends -Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements -Attend networking and industry events and connect with industry professionals -Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), and market comparables -Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear “pathway to growth”. -Participate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops -Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and our training program in an entrepreneurial and at times - independent autonomous manner. -Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers -Contract and advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies -Prospect new client relationships and referral sources

What You Bring
-A real estate license is required and can be completed in conjunction with training -Communicative – Whether written or verbal, you can clearly and confidently express ideas and build relationships -Competitive – You thrive in performance-driven environments and strive to be the best (athletes, top students, former leaders often excel here) -Capable – You think critically, learn quickly, and solve problems effectively -This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship -You have three plus years of continuous professional work experience, preferably in sales or real estate
