- Physically walks the property, removes trash, litter, and debris from the grounds.
- Helps clean and maintain storage areas.
- Performs interior and exterior painting duties when requested.

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs to a minimum of should height, climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on building roofs.
- Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
- Be knowledgeable in local and state codes for permitting, sign ordinances, and pool regulations.
- Willing to work outdoors in all conditions.
- Be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to commute to pick up replacement parts and supplies from vendors.
- Knowledge and ability to use a lawnmower and landscaping tools/equipment.
- Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity adheres to company’s policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws, government rules, and regulations.
- Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing property storage and management of hazardous materials.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, and bend and work on items at floor level.
- Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
