Trade Marketing Manager

Description

As a Field Deployment Lead – Visibility Execution, you will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end deployment of visibility toolkits across a defined region of stores. You’ll work independently in the field to oversee site surveys, coordinate suppliers, manage installations, and ensure every store receives consistent, high‑quality brand execution. The role requires strong project management capability, hands‑on understanding of PPOSM production and installation, familiarity with retail compliance requirements, and the ability to maintain exceptional standards across multiple sites. You will also support documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, including regular travel to store locations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be located within their assigned region and able to travel flexibly.

• Proven experience in field marketing, retail operations, or large‑scale deployment project management.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in fast‑moving environments.
• Hands‑on experience with PPOSM production, fabrication, and installation.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering best‑in‑class brand execution.
• Ability to interpret site surveys, technical drawings, installation guidelines, and retailer specifications.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, fixture construction, and retail installation processes.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams, retailers, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with building regulations, landlord approvals, and on‑site compliance requirements.
