- Provide Level 2 support for in-house IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, etc.)
- Assist with backups, patching, and basic cybersecurity controls
- Install, configure, and commission networking equipment such as switches, routers, antennas, and media convertors.
- We have an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Network Technician working across Ireland – you will be the technical face of SWARCO to our customers. Developing their Network Architecture and Communication Resilience. You will travel from site to site – fault-finding, maintaining and optimising their network operations.
- Design and maintain robust, scalable industrial networks including Fibre Optics backbone, Wireless point-to-point links, IoT Device Network, Optimising network performance.

- Knowledge of Network Protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, VPNs)

- Desirable: Any experience with IoT protocols (especially MQTT, Modbus)
- Proficiency in configuring switches, routers, firewalls (Cisco, OTN, Hirshman, AMG or similar) and wireless (PtP/LoS) network technologies.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining Industrial or Enterprise-grade networks.
