Tasks

-Manage shared resources effectively, preventing over-allocation and balancing capacity vs. demand -Define scope of work, WBS, and work packages with clear accountability -Implement proactive Risk Management, identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risks -Provide weekly look-ahead schedules aligned to resource availability and status -Enforce strict Change Control with comprehensive documentation and executive approval tracking -Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closure with full ownership -Build, baseline, and audit project schedules in Microsoft Project Online, ensuring logical dependencies and clear critical paths

What You Bring

-Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Project Online (server config, shared resources, baselines, auditing). -Mastery of change control and risk management practices. -Familiarity with ERP (Syspro) and Power BI for decision support. -Strong competency in scope definition, WBS, and critical path analysis. -Strong facilitation and executive communication skills. -Proven experience structuring, recovering, and delivering complex projects. -Ability to drive accountability and discipline across cross-functional teams. -Rigorous ownership mindset with zero tolerance for weak PM practices. -PMP certification strongly preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management (preferred). -7+ years in engineering or manufacturing project management.
