Supervise lawn maintenance activities, ensuring crew safety, training, tools, and required safety material.
Complete a daily pre‑trip inspection report.
Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
Operate landscaping tools and heavy equipment; safely drive crews to and from jobs while adhering to the Company's Safety Policy.

We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Maintenance division. You will be a working team member who oversees all aspects of a crew from start to completion.

Equipped with optimal, professional equipment.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Experience managing a landscaping crew or similar services.
Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site.
Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.
