The primary goal of this role is to design and implement a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution for the Aero Alliance business using Siemens Teamcenter X. The position demands deep expertise in Teamcenter configuration and integration to support the company's lower‑carbon energy initiatives.
As the PLM Solution Architect, you will configure Teamcenter modules—including workflow, structure manager, requirements management, and change management—to align with aeroderivative processes. You will collaborate with functional partners across Aero Alliance, GE Aerospace, GE Vernova, and Baker Hughes, conduct system testing, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical leadership for PLM strategy. Additionally, you will support end‑user training and create documentation to drive adoption.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a STEM field, preferably Computer Science, and at least eight years of experience implementing PLM solutions with Siemens Teamcenter. In‑depth knowledge of Engineering Data Management, BOM & Document Management, and Workflow, Release & Change Management is essential. Desired attributes are strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and Teamcenter Architect certification is a plus.
The role is remote and requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information, U.S. work authorization, and a successful drug screening. Relocation assistance is not provided. Compensation ranges from $127,600 to $212,600, with a geographic differential (110%–130%) and discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
