Demonstrable experience leading and delivering structural engineering designs for projects within the Science sector.
Good knowledge of the sector and sector trends.
Ability to motivate and develop teams.
Chartered membership status of a relevant engineering institution.
Solid client facing skills, with experience presenting to clients, securing new work, and preparing and negotiating proposals.
Experience and relationships with clients and collaborators working in the science sector, within the London market and / or nationally.
Effective English oral and written communication skills.
