Senior Landscape Architect

Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Landscape Architect. The Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for planning and designing landscapes, developing planting plans, and overseeing landscaping projects. They will collaborate with clients and other team members to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscape solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site analyses, preparing design proposals, and ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations and regulatory standards.

• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into overall project models.
• Develop and manage BIM models for landscape architecture projects.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support related to BIM.
• Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, or a related field is Mandatory.
• Masters’s degree in landscape architecture is preferred.
• Understanding of BIM and software such as Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup most preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is Mandatory.
• Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles and practices.
