Ensure all necessary inputs are available from stakeholders.
Delivery of designs on time with Quality
Preparation of drawings and documents for customer submission as well as production for Gas Insulated Switchgears above 66kV.
Self-review & peer review of documents. D
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Prepare project specific civil plan for customer providing GIS loading for design of customer building floor, celling cranes etc., Influence of environmental conditions on GIS structure designs etc.
The 3D models, GA drawings, assembly drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings and to check the feasibility of structures in line with design calculations.
Ordering of materials in SAP system
Directly responsible for maintaining and updating the documentation for respective projects as per quality process.
Support sales / Tender team by providing technical specifications of GIS support structures.
Coordinating with the other team members and project lead engineer

Knowledge of painting procedures
Familiarity with codes and applicable standards applicable for structure design.
years of experience: 2 – 4 years with B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Use of SAP for engineering interface with SCM is preferred.
Expertise in STAAD is mandatory for the role of APE-Structure Engineer and expertise in TEKLA is mandatory for the role of APE- Tekla Design Engineering
Knowledge of HV substation / HV products -preferable
Hand on experience in 3D tools like TEKLA, CREO, design tools such STAAD Pro or other structural design tools
Knowledge of international standards such as IEC / ANSI, seismic zones and impact
Basic knowledge of HV substation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
