The Project Manager will determine the required project management, technical services and external resources, and collaborate with the construction manager and delivery team to ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations. They will manage the consultant team and project stakeholders, handling briefs, scopes, fees, claims, deliverables, and variations while communicating strategies effectively.
Key duties include maintaining the conversion programme, ensuring all submissions meet agreed milestones, producing integrated design and authority programmes, and managing timely delivery of concept, schematic, detailed design and development phases. The role also involves assisting with sequencing, methodology, and the production of stating plans.
The ideal candidate holds relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or construction, possesses intermediate‑level knowledge of the construction and property sectors, and demonstrates expertise in estimating, scheduling, contracts administration, procurement, financial controls and reporting. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as competencies in influencing, negotiation and technology, are required.
