The Project Coordinator is accountable for assisting the Water and Sewer Servicing (WASS) team in coordinating infill and development projects with various levels of complexity, from inception to execution, using sound engineering and project practices, personal initiative and interpersonal skills, working closely with external and internal stakeholders.
As the ideal candidate, you demonstrate strong collaboration and conflict‑resolution skills, enabling a positive team dynamic. You are adept at problem solving, embrace change, and take initiative to manage priorities, assess opportunities, and improve work processes. You plan and organize effectively, deliver results, and meet schedules. In addition, you bring strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with the public and stakeholders, along with solid knowledge of project management processes, procedures, and permitting requirements.
Wage: $49.93 per hour
Hours of work: 80 hours biweekly
