- Perform restoration craftsmanship: scraping, sanding, carpentry, glazing, and painting historic windows and doors.
- Maintain tools to ensure high‑quality work.
- Follow and promote safety procedures for yourself and the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and showcase expertise to clients.
- Engage in continuous learning through training and practice.
- Travel to historic sites across Georgia, Florida, and beyond, receiving per diem for on‑site days.
