- Strong communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.

- Solid planning experience (minimum 6 years) within consultancy; client-side or local authority experience also considered.
- Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Confident engaging directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
