Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
At least 4 years of applicable reporting, analytics, program administration or related experience.
Requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently with moderate guidance and manage multiple projects and priorities.
Knowledge and experience related to compensation principles and concepts, compensation consulting, salary survey administration, and job evaluations/market pricing strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of applicable reporting, analytics, program administration or related experience.
Professional compensation certification from a recognized professional or educational organization is preferred.
Prior experience with job evaluations and market pricing.
Strong data management, analytical and reporting skills with demonstrated ability to summarize and present complex data in an organized, concise manner as well as problem solving, collaboration, and partnership capabilities.
Strong data management, analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret and clearly communicate the data.
Requires advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
